Altitude and Processing

900-1,400 MASL (meters above sea level) Pulped natural processing method enhances the natural sweetness and body while maintaining clean flavors. This semi-washed process removes the outer skin while leaving some fruit mucilage on the bean during drying, creating the characteristic full body and chocolate notes that Brazilian coffees are known for.

Single origin coffee from Brazil's most renowned coffee region, where established farms utilize systematic cultivation and advanced post-harvest techniques. The Cerrado's flat terrain, predictable climate, and rich soils create ideal conditions for developing the rich, chocolatey flavors that define premium Brazilian coffee.

Blend Composition

Catuaí, Catucaí, Catigua, Topázio

Traditional Brazilian Arabica varietals specifically selected for their full body, low acidity, and rich chocolate characteristics. Catuaí provides sweetness and balance, while Catucaí and Catigua contribute to the coffee's robust structure. Topázio adds depth and complexity, creating the classic Brazilian profile of roasted nuts, honey sweetness, and milk chocolate that makes this origin so beloved.

Serving Suggestions

For a full bodied cup, use one tablespoon ground coffee per cup. Brew with boiling water. Prepare in your dripper, french press, percolator, aeropress or coffee maker. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Sip, Enjoy, Repeat!
