Altitude and Processing

900-1,750 MASL (meters above sea level) This bold blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) processed using pulped natural methods for rich chocolate and nutty body, with Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) using washed processing for clean structure and balanced acidity. The contrasting processing methods create a full-bodied, adventurous cup.

Origin and Region

Brazil - Mexico

This blend sources from Brazilian farms in the Cerrado region known for their consistent quality and advanced processing techniques, combined with Mexican beans from Chiapas cooperatives that emphasize sustainable farming practices. Both origins are selected from established growing regions with strong agricultural traditions.

Blend Composition

Bourbon - Typica - Catuaí - Catucaí - Mundo Novo

This medium roast combines Mexican Bourbon and Typica varietals for clean structure and bright balance with Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate depth. These robust varietals develop the chocolate covered almond and maple syrup characteristics while maintaining the citrus brightness that creates this adventurous flavor profile.

Serving Suggestions:For a full bodied cup, use one tablespoon ground coffee per cup. Brew with boiling water. Prepare in your dripper, french press, percolator, aeropress or coffee maker. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Sip, Enjoy, Repeat!
