A classic medium-dark roast with rich cocoa and toasted nut flavors in a full-bodied cup. This flavorful coffee maintains origin complexity while developing the satisfying roasted characteristics that create a truly memorable and well-rounded cup. 

Altitude and Processing

900-1,750 MASL (meters above sea level) - This medium-dark blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for rich chocolate foundation and full body, with Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) washed for clean structure and bright balance. These complementary processing methods create a robust, well-developed blend that bridges medium and dark roast characteristics with depth and clarity.

Origin and Region

Brazil, Mexico - This blend sources from Brazilian estates in the Cerrado region with their systematic farming approaches and controlled drying methods, paired with Mexican beans from Chiapas where family farms and cooperatives maintain traditional cultivation practices. Both regions offer reliable supply chains and established quality protocols.

Brazil: Catuaí - Catucaí - Mundo Novo

Mexico: Bourbon - Typica

This medium-dark roast combines Mexican Bourbon and Typica varietals for clean sweetness and balanced acidity with Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate depth. The Mexican varietals provide structural elegance and brightness that complements the Brazilian cultivars' natural sweetness and full body, creating a well-developed roast that bridges medium and dark characteristics while maintaining origin distinction.

Serving Suggestions

For a full bodied cup, use one tablespoon ground coffee per cup. Brew with boiling water. Prepare in your dripper, french press, percolator, aeropress or coffee maker. Steep 3 to 5 minutes. Sip, Enjoy, Repeat!
