A cozy dark roast with deep body featuring roasted chestnuts and warm spices reminiscent of holiday gatherings. The velvety mouth feel creates a perfectly balanced cup that evokes winter nights by the fire and the magic of colorful lights, delivering comfort and celebration in every sip.

Altitude and Processing

900-2,000 MASL (meters above sea level) This dark roast holiday blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for rich body and roasted nut character, Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) washed for structural balance, and Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for complexity and warm spice notes. The varied processing methods develop into a bold, full-bodied dark roast with velvety texture perfect for the holiday season.

Origin and Region

Brazil - Mexico - Guatemala

This holiday blend sources from Brazilian farms in Cerrado's mechanized agricultural systems, Mexican cooperatives in Chiapas focused on the traditional organic and sustainable practices, and Guatemalan producers in the volcanic soil regions of Antigua and Huehuetenango. These three origins provide reliable sourcing from well-established coffee-growing areas with very strong farmer networks.

Blend Composition

Bourbon - Typica - Caturra - Catuaí - Catucaí - Mundo Novo

This dark roast blend combines Guatemalan Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra for complexity and sweetness that holds up to darker roasting, Mexican Bourbon and Typica for clean structure and balance, and Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate foundation. These varietals are specifically chosen for their ability to develop the roasted chestnut and warm spice characteristics while maintaining the velvety texture that makes this holiday blend so comforting and festive.

Serving Suggestions

For a well-rounded cup, use 1 tablespoon ground coffee per cup, add boiling water. Prepare in your drip machine, french press, percolator, or your stove-top coffee maker for an aromatic holiday experience! Steep 3 to 5 minutes;  Just brew it!
